Process Steps

1. Inquiry & Specifications Review

Our team evaluates your packaging requirements, product specifications, and volume projections. All inquiries receive a response within one business day.

2. Design & Material Selection

For custom projects, our engineering team develops CAD designs, recommends optimal materials and gauge specifications, and identifies the appropriate venting and sealing configuration. For stock products, we confirm specifications and prepare a formal quotation.

3. Prototyping & Validation

Physical prototype samples are produced for customer evaluation, dimensional verification, pack-line compatibility testing, and produce fit assessment.

4. Tooling & Production Setup

Production tooling is fabricated in-house and qualified against specification. Thermoforming parameters are established and documented.

5. Production & In-Process Quality

High-speed thermoforming with continuous in-process monitoring. Dimensional inspection, material testing, and visual quality checks at defined intervals.

6. Final QA, Packaging & Shipment

Final product inspection against specification. Packaging per customer bin/case/pallet configuration. Shipment from our Kingsville facility with scheduling aligned to customer production calendars.

Industries We Serve

Greenhouse Growers & Produce Marketers

Integrated growing, packing, and marketing operations require packaging that performs across the entire value chain—from automated pack-line filling through cold-chain transport to retail shelf presentation. Global Pack’s produce-specific packaging is engineered for the operational demands and quality standards of greenhouse and field grower-shippers, with the manufacturing proximity and seasonal flexibility that produce operations require.

Packaging Distributors

Distribution partners require consistent product quality, reliable supply, and competitive domestic sourcing. Global Pack provides a full range of stock PET produce packaging complemented by custom and private-label programs. Canadian manufacturing eliminates cross-border logistics complexity and tariff exposure, delivering a dependable supply chain for distribution customers across Canada and into the United States.

Fresh-Cut Processors

Value-added produce operations demand packaging compatible with modified atmosphere applications, automated sealing systems, and high-speed production environments. Global Pack’s sealed-tray and bowl formats are designed for fresh-cut fruit, vegetable snack packs, and prepared produce applications where package integrity directly impacts product shelf life and food safety.

Bakery & Specialty

High-clarity dome-lidded containers and specialty packaging for bakery, deli, and non-produce applications requiring product visibility, structural protection, and stackable retail presentation.
